As of right now the rumor is that Bad News Barrett will win the IC title tournament and go on to face Big E at Extreme Rules. Barrett is expected to beat Rob Van Dam on Monday with interference from Cesaro which will also set up Cesaro vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Jack Swagger at Extreme Rules.
