Take this for what it’s worth but PWInsider is reporting that the main reason WWE isn’t pushing Dolph Ziggler is because Ziggler is injury prone. The report mentions that WWE doesn’t feel like they can trust Ziggler as a top guy because of his history with injuries and taking time off.
Apparently this same mentality applies to other talents within the company as well.
