It’s certainly an interesting time for wrestling as there are a number of free agents on the market. You never know when a familiar face might show up, and recently Elijah (formerly known as Elias in WWE) got fans talking when he appeared in a vignette alongside Vincent and Dutch of The Righteous.

After the vignette was posted it was reported by the Wrestling Observer that Elijah had signed with AEW. However, Fightful Select is now reporting that Elijah is not actually signed to a contract with the company.
During the Jericho Cruise, Elijah faced off against AEW star Tommy Billington, but he is not currently under contract with AEW or ROH. Since parting ways with WWE a few years ago Elijah has worked for a number of promotions, and it’s being reported that TNA Wrestling has expressed interest in using him.
It’s not clear at this point in time with this means for Elijah’s alliance with The Righteous. Stay tuned for more updates on Elijah’s status as they become available.
