The Roman Reigns mystery attacker storyline has been one of the top angles in WWE for weeks now, and originally Daniel Bryan was one of the top suspects.
However, Erick Rowan recently revealed that he was behind the attacks and his relationship with Daniel Bryan has certainly suffered because of it.
Now all signs seem to be pointing to a possible Roman Reigns/Daniel Bryan team up, and it’s been announced that Roman Reigns is set to “clear the air” with Daniel Bryan on SmackDown this week.
WWE posted the following announcement:
“Roman Reigns to clear the air with Daniel Bryan
Roman Reigns wants to talk to Daniel Bryan to clear the air, and Bryan has agreed to meet with The Big Dog face to face. This conversation comes after weeks of tension between Reigns and Bryan following the mysterious attacks on The Big Dog.
After it was revealed that Bryan’s protege Erick Rowan was behind the attacks, Bryan had some harsh words for his large ally. Last week, Erick Rowan and the recently returned Luke Harper even laid out Bryan, and Reigns surprisingly came to Bryan’s aid — to no avail.
