Roman Reigns made his surprise return to WWE Friday night during the live event in Newark, DE and Roman Reigns made his return to the ring at Saturday night’s live event in Wildwood, NJ.
The former WWE Champion faced off against Kevin Owens in a singles match which Reigns won. The end came when Kevin Owens went for a pop-up powerbomb which Reigns countered then followed up with a Superman Punch and a spear for the win.
Roman Reigns will be making his return to WWE programming tonight as he takes on Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in a triple threat match at Battleground. Ahead of his return Roman Reigns sent a message to the former Shield members when cutting a backstage promo.
