Roman Reigns has been one of WWE’s top stars for years now, and the wrestling world seems to agree that he’s reached a new level ever since he returned last year and introduced the world to his Tribal Chief persona.
Reigns is the current Universal Champion, and the top star on Friday Night SmackDown. When it comes to his booking the Head of the Table is often booked first, or last, and there’s a good reason for that.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio that the big argument with Roman Reigns right now in WWE is that he will either go first or last. Meltzer went on to say that Roman, “won’t go anywhere else, that’s a shoot.”
It was emphasized that Roman Reigns is considered to be the main event, and he doesn’t want to go on, “second or fourth or second from the top.”
Roman Reigns does not currently have a match scheduled to the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, but a feud with the Mysterios was seemingly teased on SmackDown this week. Stay tuned for updates.
