Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson confirmed yesterday via Twitter that he will be playing the lead role of a movie based on the 1990’s series Baywatch.
Paramount has tried to get the movie going for a few years and is finally moving forward with it. Justin Malen has been hired to rewrite a script and the hot comedy team of Sean Anders and John Morrison (We’re The Millers) will be directing.
