Rhea Ripley Wins Women’s Championship At WWE WrestleMania 42

Rhea Ripley punched her ticket to WrestleMania back in February when she won the women’s Elimination Chamber match, and since then she’s been involved in a heated feud with Jade Cargill. Ripley and Cargill finally clashed on Sunday night when Jade put the WWE Women’s Championship on the line at WrestleMania 42.

After a few minutes Michin came down and distracted the referee as she stood up on the apron. Rhea tried to hit Jade with the Razor’s Edge, but B-Fab stopped her while the referee wasn’t looking. Michin then attacked Ripley while the ref was distracted.

Jade Cargill connected with Sandstorm on Rhea Ripley, but The Eradicator kicked out at two. She threw Rhea out of the ring and told B-Fab and Michin to get her. The referee argued with Michin and B-Fab as Iyo Sky’s music hit. Iyo ran down the ramp and took out B-Fab and Michin.

Cargill got distracted and Rhea Ripley took advantage as she hit Jade with a headbutt. She tried for Riptide, but Jade countered with a pump kick. Jade attempted to hit Jaded, but Rhea got out of it and hit Riptide to defeat Jade and win the WWE Women’s Championship. After the match she celebrated with Iyo Sky.
