WWE has released quite a few Superstars so far this year and fans are waiting to see what type of moves the released talents are going to make next. It was recently revealed that former Universal Champion Bray Wyatt is working on a horror movie, and now it seems that another released star is getting into acting as well.
Fightful Select reports that Killer Kross, formerly known as Karrion Kross in WWE, has landed the lead role in an upcoming action movie. The name of the movie was not revealed, but current plans call for filming to start in 2022.
Kross previously appeared in the TV series Before the Dark between 2013 and 2014.
The former NXT Champion was released from his WWE contract on November 4, and it was recently reported that AAA is interested in bringing him in along with Scarlett Bordeaux. Stay tuned for updates.
