With all of names who have been returning to WWE over the last few months you never know who might show up next, and Cathy Kelley recently made her return to the broadcast team.
Fightful Select is reporting that Cathy Kelley had conversations with All Elite Wrestling earlier this year. Kelley reportedly spoke to Tony Khan directly about possibly working with AEW and it’s being said that things looked promising.
However, ultimately Cathy Kelley didn’t end up joining AEW as she returned to WWE. There’s no word on how far talks got, or why Cathy Kelley didn’t end up joining All Elite Wrestling.
According to the report Cathy Kelley was still on good terms with AEW before she ended up returning to WWE. Stay tuned for more updates as they become available.
