Randy Orton made his big return to WWE programming this Sunday at Battleground when he appeared on The Highlight Reel with Chris Jericho and during the segment Orton made a comment that got a lot of people talking.
Chris Jericho told Randy Orton that Brock Lesnar could take him to Suplex City at SummerSlam, and Orton responded by saying he may get suplexed, “but it only takes one RKO to get to Viperville. No enhancement required.”
The line was a reference to Brock Lesnar’s recent failed drug tests and it was noted by Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio that the line was scripted and planned ahead of time.
As noted, Brock Lesnar was drafted to Raw in the WWE Draft and it was recently announced that he will be making his return to television next Monday.
