Brock Lesnar faced off against Randy Orton Sunday night at SummerSlam, and Brock got the win by TKO.
Near the end of the match Randy Orton’s head was busted open and a small puddle of blood quickly formed in the ring. After the show Randy Orton had to receive staples in order to close the wound. WWE posted the following update:
“WWE.com has learned that Randy Orton has received 10 staples to close a laceration on his forehead following the brutal assault by Brock Lesnar that resulted in a TKO at SummerSlam.”
Seth Rollins and Finn Balor battled in the first ever WWE Universal Championship match at SummerSlam and Finn Balor won.
After the match Seth Rollins took to Twitter to tell the Brooklyn crowd that they let him down on Sunday. Rollins posted the following:
