Last year a number of names ending up signing with WWE so they could be added to The Bloodline storyline. Solo Sikoa rebuilt The Bloodline following WrestleMania 40 when he recruited Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa and Jacob Fatu for the group.

It was also reported last year that WWE had signed Hikuleo and Lance Anoa’i. There was speculation that WWE could add them to The Bloodline storyline at some point, but so far neither have appeared on WWE programming.

Dave Meltzer recently shared an update on Wrestling Observer Radio and noted that there’s been criticism when it comes to Lance Anoa’i, and it’s being said that he might not make it.

“Lance Anoa’i is there. There has been criticism of Lance Anoa’i that he may not make it. I have heard nothing negative about Hikuleo. You would think that him being there for all this time and not being used is like they must be disappointed but I have not heard that at all.”

It’s worth noting that Fightful Select recently reported that Lance Anoa’i suffered an injury last summer after he signed with WWE, and wasn’t expected to be cleared until February of 2025.

Stay tuned for more updates on Lance Anoa’i and Hikuleo as they become available.
