The WWE Draft is set to kick off tonight on Friday Night SmackDown and it’s safe to say that SmackDown will likely be an exciting show. Triple H has declared that every single Superstar is eligible to be drafted which means we could see some NXT stars joining the main roster.
PWInsider is reporting that former NXT Champion Bron Breakker and former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champiom Cora Jade are both being brought in for the WWE Draft. They are scheduled to be at night 1 of the draft which will take place on SmackDown.
It’s not known at this point if they will definitely be getting called up, but Bron Breakker has been rumored for the main roster for quite some time and he recently dropped the NXT Championship to Carmelo Hayes at NXT Stand & Deliver.
Cora Jade competed on Main Event this week when she faced off against Nikki Cross and following the match it was reported that she’s “in the race” for a call up as it seems that she impressed WWE officials with her performance. Stay tuned for updates.
