A few weeks ago Triple H introduced the new WWE World Heavyweight Championship belt and shortly after a tournament kicked off featuring wrestlers from both Raw and SmackDown. Seth Rollins and AJ Styles both managed to advance in the tournament and now they’re set to face off in a match to determine who will be the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion later this month at Night of Champions.
Not only is Seth Rollins making big moves in WWE, but he’s also making big moves in Hollywood as he was recently spotted on the set of Captain America: New World Order. Rollins is set to play a member of the Serpent Society in the filme, and the WRKD Wrestling account is reporting that while many people in WWE are happy for him, there’s hesitancy when it comes to putting the WWE World Heavyweight Championship on him should these roles in big films continue.

Names like The Rock, Batista and John Cena have all found success joining major franchises, so it will be interesting to see if this role leads to bigger things in Hollywood for Seth Rollins.
This could be an indication that AJ Styles is becoming the favorite to walk out of Night of Champions with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship belt, but only time will tell which direction WWE will choose to go with the championship. Stay tuned for updates.
