Over the years fans have seen a lot of exciting NXT call ups, but recently there’s been some confusion regarding the status of Cameron Grimes. The former NXT North American Champion has been backstage at Raw tapings in recent weeks. However, he has not been appearing on TV.
PWInsider is reporting that there have been several rumblings internally that Grimes will possibly be featured on the main roster after WrestleMania 39. It’s not clear how soon after the show he could start appearing on TV if this does indeed happen for Grimes.
Recently it was reported that Cameron Grimes is said to be in limbo as he’s finished up with NXT and he’s waiting for WWE to come up with the right idea for him on the main roster. WWE doesn’t seem to have a story for him at this current time, but it looks like we could be seeing a lot more of Grimes following WrestleMania.
