Money in the Bank has become one of WWE’s most anticipated shows and all eyes are looking ahead to the premium live event which is set to take place from London, England in July.
Fight Fans is reporting that LA Knight has been discussed as a possible winner for the Money in the Bank contract as far back as August of 2022. It was noted that plans could change, but as of right now LA Knight is planned to win the match.
A source claimed that Knight is the number one choice to win Money in the Bank internally, and that they’ve heard the plan is for Knight to cash in on Seth Rollins. Tonight LA Knight is set to face off against Montez Ford in a Money in the Bank qualifying match on SmackDown and the source said they would be very surprised if he loses the match.
The report noted that the current plan to have LA Knight win Money in the Bank has also been verified with others, but plans could always change, so we’ll have to wait and see how things play out.
