The WWE Crown Jewel premium live event is set to air live from Saudi Arabia on Saturday, and it looks like a former champion could be making their return at some point during the show.
PWInsider is reporting that the word making the rounds among talent this morning is that Kairi Sane could be making her WWE return at Crown Jewel on Saturday. People in Japan are expecting Kairi Sane to be back in the United States this month.
There’s currently no word on what WWE has planned for Kairi Sane when she returns, but Reddit user kerrmit125 recently hinted that Sane could be reuniting with her former partner Asuka. Collectively Asuka and Kairi Sane make up The Kabuki Warriors. During their last run together they were able to capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship, so it will be interesting to see if the former champions do indeed return to the women’s tag team division.
