Tonight’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw will focus on the fallout from Night of Champions, and you never know who might show up as we head toward the Money in the Bank premium live event in July.
Fightful Select is reporting that Tommaso Ciampa is in Albany at the site of tonight’s Raw. The former NXT Champion has been out of action since last year as he’s been recovering from hip surgery. It hasn’t been confirmed that he will be appearing on the show tonight, but Johnny Gargano recently teased Ciampa’s return during a backstage segment with The Way a few weeks ago.
Saturday at Night of Champions, Seth Rollins defeated AJ Styles in the finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship tournament and Triple H handed him the belt when it was all said and done. It’s being reported that WWE as brought in streamers for a segment with Seth Rollins on Raw and pyro was also planned for the segment.
Cody Rhodes is also reportedly planned for Raw with the idea being that he will continue to sell the arm injury that he suffered at the hands of Brock Lesnar. Stay tuned for more updates on Raw as they become available.
