The latest indication that WWE was moving SmackDown off Thursday nights was the press release issued by SyFy this past week for their new 12 Monkeys series. That show premieres Friday, January 16th in SmackDown’s time slot so the new date for SmackDown on Thursdays could be January 15th. That date has not been confirmed yet.
