You never know who might show up when you watch a WWE event as it’s not uncommon for the company to bring former stars back for cameo appearances. Back in October former WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James appeared on screen as a special guest at the Bad Blood premium live event.
Mickie’s husband Nick Aldis was asked about the possibility of her returning to the company at some point during an appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, but Aldis remained tight lipped.
“No comment. Look, I can’t say too much. … It was very much a sort of like, ‘Hey, we’d love to see you again. We’d love to do more.'”
While talking about what the future holds for Mickie James, Nick Aldis made it clear that he believes she will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame at some point.
“I don’t think that there’s any question that she’s going in. As far as when, I don’t think there needs to be any rush, but at the same time, any time that it would happen would be the right time, at this point.”
