When Big Cass first returned to TV a few months ago, it seemed that he was in line for a big push, but things didn’t really work out. Cass reportedly defied WWE management and went off script, then he ended up losing his feud to Daniel Bryan.
WWE eventually shocked the world when they announced that Big Cass had been released from his WWE contract, but he’ll be making his return to the ring next month.
Big Time Wrestling recently announced that Big Cass will be appearing at their event in Spartanburg, SC on September 21st, and he will be using the name Big Cazz.
No word yet on who Big Cass will be facing, but Mick Foley, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, Meng & Barbarian, James Ellsworth, Tommy Dream, CW Anderson and Flex Armstrong are also being advertised for the event.
