Back in May the wrestling world was turned upside down when Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out of Monday Night Raw. WWE later announced that they had been suspended and the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles were vacated.
It was recently announced that Sasha Banks, advertised under her real name Mercedes Varnado, will be appearing at C2E2 in Chicago next month. Now it’s been announced that Naomi, advertised as Trinity Fatu, will also be appearing at C2E2 on August 6 and 7.

Recently it was reported that Naomi and Sasha Banks have been removed from WWE’s internal roster, and it’s believed that Naomi’s contract is set to expire soon. With Triple H taking over WWE creative there’s been speculation that WWE will try to reconcile with the former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions, but only time will tell if they end up returning to the company.
