Over the last few years WWE has gotten into the habit of shortening the names of Superstars, and Mustafa Ali is the latest talent to lose half his name. Mustafa Ali will now be known simply as Ali moving forward, but the SmackDown Live Superstar recently took to Twitter to let the people know that he still fights for them.
Mustafa means the "chosen one" with an emphasis on being chosen from amongst the people.

Mustafa Ali made his return to TV at the Fastlane pay-per-view a few weeks ago when he was inserted into the WWE Championship match featuring Kevin Owens and Daniel Bryan.
So far he has yet to be added to the WrestleMania 35 card.
