Qatar Pro Wrestling has announced that Miro will be appearing at their upcoming Superslam III event. The show is set to take place at the Aspire Ladies Sport Hall in Doha, Qatar on February 21st and February 22nd. Other names being advertised for the event include Mick Foley, Mustafa Ali, Matt Cardona, Nic Nemeth and more.
Miro originally debuted with AEW in in September of 2020, and he went on to become a one time TNT Champion. He last wrestled for the company when he faced off against Andrade El Idolo at the AEW Worlds End pay-per-view in December of 2023.
Prior to his run with AEW, Miro competed in WWE as Rusev from 2010 to 2020. It was recently reported that WWE creative had been talking about a potential return for Miro and you can get more details on that here.
