Mercedes Mone has been having a big year as she made her NJPW debut at Wrestle Kingdom back in January and she went on to defeat Kairi to win the IWGP Women’s Championship at Battle in the Valley. Currently Mercedes is set to defend her title against Mayu Iwatani at STARDOM’s All Star Grand Queendom on April 23rd, and the two recently met face to face at a press conference.
During the press conference Mercedes Mone pulled out a small guitar and started to sing a song titled “Mayu Sucks.” One fan commented on a video of the song and said that it, “explains why Sasha Banks is the female Dean Ambrose.”
However, it seems that Mercedes Mone didn’t agree with that assessment as she responded by comparing herself to The Rock when she posted the following:

The fan later clarified that they compared Mercedes to Dean Ambrose because in the fan’s opinion they’re both worse off after leaving WWE. One way or another it will be interesting to see if Mercedes Mone crosses paths with Jon Moxley at some point over the next few months as Mercedes has seemingly indicated that she’s open to appearing at the Forbidden Door pay-per-view in June.
