Monday night The Ultimate Deletion finally aired on Raw, and it seems that the response to the match from fans has been mostly positive. However, before the match aired, Michael Cole apologized for the segment in advance, and Cole’s apology wasn’t well received by the fans.
The apology was brought to the attention of Matt Hardy by the fans, and it looks like Cole could potentially be deleted in the future, as Vanguard 1 currently has him under surveillance.
PWInsider reports that Michael Hayes was the producer for the match, and Jeremy Borash was also involved as well.
Reby Hardy also shot and edited quite a bit of footage which was reportedly used in The Ultimate Deletion, and she also composed original music for the segment as well.
As far as Cole’s apology goes, it’s not really known why that was included, but Matt Hardy is currently looking for feedback from fans in regards to whether or not Cole should be deleted.
