It’s no big secret that Jeff Hardy has had his problems with substance abuse in the past, but the former WWE Champion seems to be in a good place since he’s embraced sobriety.
Recently Jeff Hardy has been feuding with Sheamus on SmackDown, and his substance abuse issues are a huge part of the storyline.
Matt Hardy recently spoke out on the storyline on Twitter, and he noted that he feels it puts, “unneeded pressure on my brother.”
Fans continued to ask for Matt’s thoughts on Twitter, and he praised Jeff’s skills as a performer when he posted the following:
“Make no mistake, from what I’ve seen Jeff do in-ring, he’s looked incredible. As a performer, I praise his recent performances. Ultimately, whatever he does is his decision & his alone. My take on his current story is merely *my opinion*, which doesn’t make it right or wrong.”
