Mandy Rose had a dominant reign as NXT Women’s Champion as she was able to hold on to the title for 413 days, but last month Rose dropped the title to Roxanne Perez. Shortly after it was reported that WWE had released Mandy Rose due to content posted on her FanTime page.
Adam’s Apple recently caught up with Mandy Rose in New York City, and she was asked about a possible return to wrestling. Mandy made it clear that she’s not counting it out, but she also noted that Triple H has not reached out to her when she said, “Like I said before, never say never. [Did Triple H or anybody reach out to you?] No, no.”
Mandy Rose addressed her WWE release during an appearance on The Tamron Hall Show where she said that she’s grateful for her time with the company, but admitted that she was hurt by the release.
“Because of everything that’s happened since then, honestly, everything happens for a reason. And I can’t even say I was wronged, because I am so forever grateful for everything WWE has presented me with. I can’t sit here and say that I was wronged or not — I’m hurt, 100 percent. I’m very hurt.”
Stay tuned for more updates on Mandy Rose’s status as they become available.
