This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw aired live from Omaha, NE and the show kicked off in a big way. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso made his way to the ring much to the delight of the fans in attendance. Uso was quickly interrupted by Paul Heyman who walked down to the ring.
Main Event Jey Uso called Paul Heyman out for turning on Roman Reigns, then Heyman went off and got emotional as he went into detail about why he turned on CM Punk and Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 41.
After Heyman went off for a few minutes Jey Uso asked what Heyman wants with him. Paul Heyman told Jey that Seth Rollins wants the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. He followed up and told Jey that as a favor he will allow him to pick the time and place where he will lose the WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Seth Rollins.
As Heyman was leaving the ring Jey Uso stopped him then got in his face. Jey Uso said that if he’s allowed to pick the time and place then he’s picking right here, tonight in Omaha, NE.
Paul Heyman walked into the locker room and told Seth Rollins that he was right, and he can’t believe Jey Uso fell for it. Rollins said “I told you so” to Heyman then walked off.
Michael Cole later confirmed that Jey Uso vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship is official for Raw.
