There’s never a good time to be injured when you’re a professional wrestler and no one knows that better than Seth Rollins. Back in January, Seth Rollins was diagnosed with a MCL tear and partially torn meniscus, but he was able to take some time off so he could get cleared for WrestleMania 40.

Seth Rollins put on some memorable performances at WrestleMania 40 as he teamed with Cody Rhodes in the night one main event and he dropped his WWE World Heavyweight Championship to Drew McIntyre in the opening match of night two.

The Visionary has not appeared on WWE programming since WrestleMania 40 and Becky Lynch confirmed during an appearance on RTE in Ireland that Seth Rollins underwent surgery on his knee on Tuesday.

It was reported following WrestleMania 40 that Seth was expected to take time off, but there’s currently no word on how long he will be out of action.

Stay tuned for more updates on Seth’s status as they become available.
