Some wrestlers are lucky enough to have a long career inside the ring, but sooner or later time catches up to everyone. Back in 2020, The Undertaker officially announced his retirement from in-ring competition. While Undertaker has remained retired so far, it’s certainly not uncommon to see wrestlers come out of retirement for one more match. However, an in-ring return does not seem to be something that The Deadman is considering.

During a recent episode of his Six Feet Under podcast The Undertaker noted that he doesn’t want to wrestle, he just wants to look like he can. Taker was also asked what it’s like for him when he watches other wrestlers take moves, and he made it clear that he has no interest in taking another bump.

“There’s a lot of stuff that I look at like, man – I would die. I would break like fine china at this point. That’s why I said, I wanna look like I can do it, but I have no interest in doing it. I can throw a right hand, and I can chokeslam somebody, but that’s about the extent of my match. I ain’t taking a bump. You couldn’t get me off my feet with a crane at this point.”

The Undertaker competed in his final match when he defeated AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36. Since then Taker has made sporadic appearances on WWE programming. The last time he got physical during a WWE event was when the Hall of Famer chokeslammed The Rock during the night two main event at WrestleMania 41.

Recently The Undertaker also shared his honest thoughts on Brock Lesnar ending his legendary WrestleMania streak, and you can get more on that here.
