The Shield went their separate ways back in June 2014 and all three members have since become successful main event caliber stars in WWE. Despite this, the WWE Universe has eagerly anticipated the reunion of the three men for more than three years, and it seems that it could finally be about to happen.
Ever since Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns all made their way onto the Raw roster, it has just been a matter of time before they were all involved in the same feud. Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are now Raw Tag Team Champions, so it seems that they only have Roman left to recruit.
This past week on Raw, The Miztourage beat down Reigns before mocking The Shield with their iconic fistbump, which made it obvious that at some point The Shield will be responding to Miz’s cheap attempt at mockery.
It was thought that The Miztourage could be the stars who would go on to face the reunited Shield at TLC, almost five years after the trio had their first ever pay-per-view match together, but this may not be the case.

Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that whilst a reunion is planned for TLC, their opponents are not set in stone yet, so The Miztourage could just be the team who are used to get the group back together.
