Major Update On Stephanie McMahon’s Return To WWE Television

At WrestleMania 33, Stephanie McMahon fell off the apron through a table and created a big opening for Seth Rollins to defeat Triple H. Afterward, Stephanie took a long hiatus from WWE television until a recent edition of SmackDown Live where she came to the aid of her father.

A lot of people are wondering if Stephanie McMahon will be featured on SmackDown Live this year rather than on Raw. There are some big plans coming for Kevin Owens’ vendetta against he McMahon family, but the current ratings and ticket sales may bring her back to Raw again.

It’s being reported by CageSideSeats that WWE officials are planning on bringing Stephanie to Raw if the viewership continues to decline. It’s possible that she could get involved in a storyline with Kurt Angle, which is what the WWE Universe believed was planned for her return to WWE programming.

On paper, it seems that Stephanie’s role going forward on WWE television will depend on the plans for Shane McMahon’s on-screen role after Hell in a Cell. She may replace her brother as the commissioner of the blue brand or she could return to Raw in the same role. There are options for her return, but it seems Stephanie will be returning where she is needed the most.
