A few weeks ago WWE introduced the world to a new show called WWE Speed which features matches with a three minute time limit and airs on Wednesdays at 12:00 pm EST on X. A number of WWE stars have been competing in a tournament to crown the inaugural WWE Speed Champion and following this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown the finals were taped.
Ricochet picked up a big win in the finals as he managed to defeat Johnny Gargano to become the first ever WWE Speed Champion. A photo of the new belt can be seen below.
