The WWE Universe has been waiting for Triple H to return to WWE television since WrestleMania 33. A lot of fans were expecting him to start a rivalry with Kurt Angle or possibly with Shane McMahon. Those matches can still happen, but there is something else coming much sooner.
It’s being reported by Wrestling News World via Pro Wrestling Unlimited that Kevin Owens is expected to defeat Shane McMahon at Hell in a Cell. He’s expected to dominate the match, which could write Shane off SmackDown Live for a while in order for Owens to begin a huge rivalry with Triple H.
Triple H and Owens have some history together, but the angle would most likely be Triple H seeking revenge on Kevin for his vendetta against the McMahon family. It’s unclear who will come out on top, but it seems that Owens vs. Triple H is the next big feud coming to SmackDown Live.
