This week’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw took place from Maryland and it dealt with the fallout from Money in the Bank while setting the stage for the road to SummerSlam. The show featured some big moments, but at least one big name was not in attendance for the event.
Fightful Select reports that WWE’s Chief Content Officer Triple H was not at Monday Night Raw this week. Several people noted that they didn’t expect Triple H to be absent, but it’s being said that he was in a great mood at Money in the Bank on Saturday and he was excited about the success of the show.
It was also noted that people who spoke on the subject said that it was just a planned night away for Triple H. Talent weren’t told why Triple H wasn’t there, but he is expected to be back for Friday Night SmackDown this week.
With Triple H not at Raw it was Bruce Prichard who ran the show in his absence which is usually the case when Triple H can’t make it to a show. On a somewhat related note it’s also being reported that Vince McMahon did not make the trip to London for Money in the Bank, and he was not at Raw in Maryland on Monday.
