It’s expected that WWE will be introducing another World Title when the brand split returns and this week on Raw Dean Ambrose was referred to as the WWE Champion, not the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
WWE has also made the change on their website. The website now refers to the belt as the WWE Championship, not the WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
