During WWE’s most recent conference call it was mentioned that WWE is bringing Tough Enough to the WWE Network which got a lot of people excited. There was no indication at the time as to whether that meant reruns or a whole new series but it appears that WWE is planning on doing a whole new series.
Bill DeMott who is the head trainer in WWE developmental and was also one of the trainers on the last season of Tough Enough tweeted the following after the announcement:
“The news is out @WWEToughEnough is coming to @WWENetwork – to say I am waiting for the call would be an understatement! #nxtmeansbusiness”
Now the latest rumor is that WWE will be filming the show at the WWE Performance Center and that the contestants will be wrestlers from developmental that aren’t featured on TV.
