When Kurt Angle returned to WWE earlier this year it was announced that he would be headlining the 2017 Hall of Fame class. The former WWE World Champion made it clear that he wanted to return to the ring at some point, but at the time there was no guarantee that it would be happening.

However, fate had other plans for Kurt Angle, and he was added to the TLC main event when he teamed up with The Shield after Roman Reigns had to be pulled due to an illness. Now Angle is set to be the captain of Team Raw at Survivor Series, and he’s also set to wrestle at his first WWE live event in 11 years.
Kurt Angle took to Twitter to let the world know that he’ll be wrestling at the Raw live event in Birmingham today, and he seems pretty happy about it.

When Kurt Angle first returned to the ring at TLC, it was unclear how often he would be wrestling, but it appears that WWE officials have realized how big of an attraction he is, so it looks like we’ll be seeing a lot more of him in the ring in the months to come.
