On Sunday, Carlito and R-Truth both shocked the wrestling world when they announced that they will be parting ways with WWE soon. Currently Carlito is a member of The Judgment Day as he joined the group in August of 2024, but it seems that The Judgment Day will have to move forward without Carlito.
After Carlito announced his WWE departure fellow Judgment Day member JD McDonagh took to social media to share his reaction when he posted the following:
“Absolutely gutted. It’s so hard getting close to people in the business, you never know when it’s gonna be the last car ride, the last hug.
WE LOVE YOU DON CARLY, see you around dawg. ”
When Carlito announced his departure he confirmed that he still has two weeks left on his deal. However, now that news of his departure has gone public it seems unlikely that WWE will be bringing him back to TV to wrap up his storyline with The Judgment Day.
