The Money in the Bank premium live event aired live from the O2 Arena in London, England on Saturday and the show was full of surprises. Cody Rhodes removed his cast during his match with Dominik Mysterio and The American Nightmare picked up a win over Dom.

After the match Cody celebrated then the show transitioned to the next segment and John Cena’s music hit to a huge pop from the London crowd. Cena looked thrilled to be in the O2 Arena and the fans made it clear that they were happy to see him.

John Cena grabbed a mic and simply said “surprise” which got a huge reaction from the crowd. Cena said he’s surprised because the fans usually sing “Cena sucks.” Everyone laughed then the fans started chanting his name. Cena pointed how it’s been a long time since WWE has held a premium live event in London, and he said that the decision makers don’t know how to feel about London, because they think that the fans sometimes try to take over the show. Cena told them they aren’t trying to take over the show, they are the show, and the crowd went wild.

The 16 time WWE Champion said that he’s here on behalf of the fans and he wanted the world to know that the London fans are underappreciated. He said the fans have earned his respect and they loudly chanted “thank you Cena!” He said in his mind there isn’t a more exciting audience than the audience in the United Kingdom. He then said he’s here to try and bring WrestleMania to London and the crowd completely lost it.

Cena said he’s trying to give the audience a chance to let the decision makers hear what WrestleMania would sound like in London. The crowd popped big but then Grayson Waller interrupted. Waller tried to make snarky comments about Cena, but the crowd drowned him out with a “shut the f*** up” chant. Waller said if WrestleMania is going overseas it needs to go to Australia and the fans booed. Grayson Waller pointed out that Cena has lost his last three matches, but Waller told him all he needs is one viral moment. He pitched John Cena as a guest on the Grayson Waller Effect at WrestleMania in Australia.

John Cena passed on the Grayson Waller Effect and Waller told him no one says “no” then he attacked Cena from behind. John Cena made a comeback then hit Grayson Waller with the Attitude Adjustment to end the segment.
