According to Volusia County, Florida jail records, Jeff Hardy was arrested on June 13th at 12:45am ET. The records note that Jeff was arrested on charges of Driving While License Canceled/Suspended/Revoked, Violation of Restrictions Placed on Drivers License, and DUI Alcohol/Drugs.
The records also state that the DUI charge was Jeff’s third in 10 years. The DUI charge is a third degree felony and the other charges are misdemeanors. According to Marc Raimondi of ESPN, Jeff Hardy is set to appear in front of a judge on June 14 at 1:30pm. It’s also being reported that Jeff is still in custody with a $3,500 bond.
The Hardys are currently set to face off against The Young Bucks and Jurassic Express in a ladder match for the AEW World Tag Team Titles in a ladder match at AEW Road Rager on Wednesday night. Jeff is also scheduled to compete at AAA’s TripleMania event on Saturday. As of this writing neither AAA nor AEW has yet to comment on Jeff Hardy’s arrest.
