Impact Wrestling dropped the TNA name a few years ago, but Total Nonstop Action is set to be resurrected one more time at Wrestlecon on April 3.
So far several former TNA stars have been confirmed for the event including Scott Steiner, Chris Sabin, Amazing Red, D’Lo Brown and Ken Anderson.
Now the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that former TNA commentator Mike Tenay has been talked about for the event, but it’s being said that it’s not likely at this point in time that he will be a part of it.
Dixie Carter is also being considered, and Vince Russo is another name that company officials are reportedly going back and forth on.
The idea behind bringing in Vince Russo is that his involvement would stir up so much negativity that it would help business for the show because people would for sure know the date and time.
