Several talents on the WWE main roster are currently dealing with injuries, and unfortunately some of WWE’s brightest stars haven’t been able to wrestle inside the ring as of late.
PWInsider is reporting that Kevin Owens was pulled from WWE live events over the weekend due to an injury which is reportedly an ongoing back issue. With the exception of the first event in Hidalgo, Texas, Owens was also pulled from WWE live events last weekend.
Even though KO is currently dealing with an injury, it’s still expected that he will be competing in the 2 on 1 handicap match for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view on Sunday.
Jason Jordan is also in a similar situation as he was pulled from live events for the second week in a row. Details regarding Jordan’s injury are unknown at this point, but Jordan is set to be in New York City for Raw tonight.
Even though Jordan hasn’t been wrestling, he has still had a presence on TV and he played a big role in helping Seth Rollins pick up a win over Finn Balor during the main event last week.
Tonight’s episode of Raw is going to be a big one as it’s the Raw 25th anniversary episode, so it will be interesting to see how Jordan is used, if he’s used at all.
