According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider Hulk Hogan has been spotted in Las Vegas over the past few days. There is no confirmation that he will be part of the WWE announcement tonight but this has obviously created some speculation that he may be making an appearance.
He was there signing autographs at a memorabilia store inside ceasers palace, he was only signing the 21st and 22nd of December though.
