After Monday Night Raw went off the air, SmackDown Superstars John Cena and WWE Champion Dean Ambrose made their way to the ring for a dark match.
John Cena and Dean Ambrose took on the team of Seth Rollins and AJ Styles in a tag team match. It was Ambrose who got the victory for his team after he pinned Seth Rollins.
Last night on Raw Stephanie McMahon and Mick Foley shocked the world when they announced that they were creating a new title called the WWE Universal Championship. Finn Balor and Roman Reigns both won a Fatal 4 Way match and they challenged each other in the main event.
Finn Balor defeated Roman Reigns and earned the right to face off against the number 1 draft pick, Seth Rollins, at SummerSlam.
After the main event Finn was asked about the big win and he said that he’s as real as they come and that he came to the main roster to be WWE Universal Champion.
