It’s been a big day for wrestling fans as the AEW All In pay-per-view aired live from Wembley Stadium, and NXT Heatwave also aired live from the Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas.
The NXT Heavtwave main event featured a big title match as Tony D’Angelo defended the NXT Championship against Zilla Fatu, Cruz Montana and Grayson Waller in a fatal four way match.
Near the end of the match Zilla Fatu tried to put Grayson Waller through the announce table, but Waller fought him off. D’Angelo then hit Fatu with a spear and Cruz Montana put Zilla on the announce table. Montana went to the top rope and D’Angelo knocked him off.
Grayson Waller got up and went to the top rope then put Fatu through the announce table with a frog splash. Montana and D’Angelo crawled back into the ring. Montana hit D’Angelo with Spin The Block then Waller got in the ring and connected with a Stunner on Montana. Waller then pinned D’Angelo to become the new NXT Champion.
