Goldberg is set to face off against Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series on Sunday, and it will be his first match in 12 years. TMZ recently asked Goldberg about the match, and he indicated that he’s more than ready to face off against Brock Lesnar.

“I kicked his ass 12 years ago. I don’t give a f**k,” Goldberg told TMZ. “It’s not like I’ve been sitting on the couch eating bon-bons.”

Of course the Brock Lesnar of today is a much more dangerous Brock Lesnar than the one Goldberg faced in 2004. During his SummerSlam match with Randy Orton, Lesnar threw some elbows and busted Orton wide open. Orton later had to receive 10 staples to close the wound in his head.

When TMZ brought up Brock Lesnar’s assault on Randy Orton, Goldberg made it clear that he’s not afraid of Brock Lesnar’s elbows.

“I don’t care what he did to Randy Orton. I’ve been throwing elbows for the past 12 years at my muay thai gym. I hope he throws elbows at me. I’m completely serious.”

Last year James Storm started working with NXT, but in early 2016 he returned to TNA. Shortly after James Storm returned to TNA, Bobby Roode left, and signed with NXT.

Bobby Roode and James Storm have a long history together thanks to their successful tagteam run as Beer Money, and their exciting feud in TNA. However, the two former tag team partners haven’t spoken in months according to Roode.

“I have not spoken a word to James since I left in March,” Roode told ESPN. “I’m not sure what his plan is. We haven’t spoken.”

When referencing TNA’s legal troubles, the longest reigning TNA World Heavyweight Champion, noted that he hasn’t been keeping up with the situation, but he wished the company well.

“Honestly, I really haven’t been paying much attention. I know they’re having some trouble there,” he said. “The way I look at it, the more companies out there, the more work for the guys, the better. I have a lot of friends there, and I want the best for them.”
