The WWE 24/7 Title was introduced a few months ago, and for the majority of the time the title has been around R-Truth has been the champion.
This week Monday Night Raw rolled into the Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville, TN and former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Kane made a special appearance.
Kane interacted with R-Truth as Knox County Mayor Glen Jacobs, and at one point R-Truth ran into a goal post at Neyland Stadium while backing away from Jacobs.
While R-Truth was down, Glen Jacobs pinned R-Truth to become the WWE 24/7 Champion for the first time in his career.
